Conpro Chemicals Private Limited has its main setup at Site-4 in the Sahibabad Industrial Area. We are located at plot No. E-8, which is a fairly large space compared to some of the other units nearby. Being in Uttar Pradesh, especially in this industrial part of Sahibabad, means we are right in the middle of a lot of manufacturing activity every day. Our daily routine involves a lot of manual work and monitoring the production cycles on the floor. The building is older, with high ceilings and concrete floors that have seen better days. We don't spend much on decor or office furniture because we are mostly focused on the chemicals and the mixing process. The office part is just a few small rooms partitioned off from the main production floor. You can hear the hum of the machinery all day long, which is just part of the background noise for us now. We have a group of workers who have been with us since the early days, so everyone knows their role without being told what to do. It gets quite hot in the summer months, but we just keep the fans running and push through the workload. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to keep the production moving and the deliveries on schedule for our regular customers who depend on us. It is just honest work in a busy industrial hub where we feel at home.
