Osca Power Genesets is right here in Mayur Vihar Phase, specifically at C-24 on the ground floor near Ghanta Ghar in Achaary Niketan. Most people around here know the spot because it’s easy to find once you get to the clock tower area. We’ve been handling these power genesets for a good while now. It gets pretty busy on this street, especially during the middle of the day when everyone is out doing their shopping. The shop isn't anything fancy, just a practical ground floor space where we keep the equipment and talk to folks who come in looking for a backup for their homes or shops. It gets dusty sometimes with all the traffic passing by, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We spend most of our time answering phones or showing someone how a specific unit works. It’s a lot of manual work, moving things around and making sure everything is in the right place. Sometimes the tea stall guy brings us snacks when we’re too tied up to leave. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that. People just wander in because they saw the sign or heard about us from a neighbor who bought a generator last year. Usually, it's just local people looking for a bit of help with their electricity issues.
