Sunswitch India is located over at Plot No. 51/1/10 in Site IV of the UPSIDC Industrial Area. It’s quite close to the Vaishali Metro station, which is handy for those of us who don’t want to drive through the local traffic every morning. Being in an industrial area means things are a bit more rugged compared to a downtown office. There’s always the sound of trucks or machinery from the nearby units, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our space is functional. We don't have marble floors or glass walls, just a solid building where we can manage our operations without too much fuss. We spend a lot of time coordinating things from here. It gets dusty sometimes because of all the construction and movement in the area, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't need a lot of rules to know who is doing what. We grab tea from the stall around the corner and usually eat lunch together at the big table in the back. It’s a straightforward environment. We’re here to do our jobs and make sure the orders get processed. It’s not a glamorous spot, but it’s our home base and it works for what we need to do every day. There is always a lot of activity near the metro, but once we are inside the gate, it's just about the work.
