If you ever find yourself walking down the lanes of Sai Enclave in Chipiyana Buzurg, you might see our small setup at number 25. We have been here in Ghaziabad for a while now, and it is a busy place. Most mornings start with someone unlocking the front door and checking the mail that piled up overnight. We are not a big corporation with fancy glass walls or a receptionist in a suit. It is mostly just us sitting around a few desks with old computers and a lot of paper. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour, and we just sit by the window to get some light while we talk about what needs to be done. Our spot is right in the middle of where people live, so we hear the street vendors shouting and the neighbors' cars starting up all day long. Osarna Micro Care Foundation is basically just a group of local people trying to handle things one day at a time. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay organized, even when the files start stacking up too high. It gets dusty being near the road, so there is usually someone wiping down the tables in the afternoon. We do not have a big sign outside, but the locals know where to find us if they need to talk or just see what we are up to today. It is not a perfect system, but we show up and work.
