Om Provision Store

Om Provision Store is our little shop at Plot No.E-15 in the Dda Market. We are located near Nandgram, which is a busy residential area. Because of where we are, we get a lot of local families coming in for their daily needs. The shop is packed with shelves from floor to ceiling because we try to keep a bit of everything in stock. It can get a little cramped when there are more than three people inside, but we make it work. We have been in this Dda Market for years, so we have seen children grow up and become customers themselves. It is not a supermarket with bright lights and fancy displays. It is just a regular provision store where things are stacked where they fit. We spend most of the day weighing items, bagging things up, and chatting with the regulars. The market can be a noisy place with people talking and scooters zooming by, but it feels like home to us. We don't have a big staff, usually just a family member or one helper to help with the heavy lifting. We keep our own accounts in a notebook and try to remember what everyone likes. It is honest work and we stay open late most nights to make sure people can get what they need after they finish their own jobs.
