Nisha Provison Store

We are located right by the Harsanv Main Gate on Hapur Road in Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad. It is a busy corner and we see a lot of foot traffic from people coming and going through the gate. Our store is a typical provision shop. We have got sacks of grains, shelves full of soaps, and jars of sweets for the kids. It is a bit of a tight squeeze inside because we try to stock everything a household might need. We have been here in Ghaziabad for a long time now. My day starts early, getting the milk crates organized and sweeping the front step. We do not have a computer for billing; we mostly just use a notebook or remember the prices. It is more personal that way. We know which brand of tea most neighbors prefer and who likes their lentils a certain way. Sometimes the shop gets a bit disorganized when a big delivery comes in and we have boxes stacked in the aisles. We just move them as we go. It is not a supermarket with bright aisles and trolley carts. It is just us. We deal with the heat in the summer and the rain in the monsoon, keeping the goods dry. People come here not just to shop but to have a quick chat about the weather or the local news. It is a simple life behind the wooden counter. We stay open late most nights.
