Nextgen Welfare Foundation

Nextgen Welfare Foundation operates out of G-24 in Krishna Garden. That’s over in Govindpuram, Ghaziabad. If you know the area, it's a pretty standard residential neighborhood. We like it because it feels grounded. Our office is basically just a ground floor room filled with books and old files. It’s not exactly a high-tech hub. We spend most of our time dealing with stuff that happens right here in the streets around us. Ghaziabad can be a chaotic place, so having a quiet corner in Krishna Garden is nice. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just focusing on the things we can actually reach. Sometimes the power cuts out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s a simple life. We don't have a big budget for branding. Most of our work involves talking to neighbors and trying to sort out local problems. The furniture is a bit mismatched and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for what we need. People drop by without calling sometimes, and we usually have time for a quick chat. It’s just how we run things. There is no big corporate hierarchy here. If something needs doing, one of us just grabs a bag and heads out to do it. It’s practical and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We’re just part of the local fabric here in Ghaziabad.
