Neem Skill Development Foundation

We are located on Railway Road in Muradnagar. It is a busy street especially when the trains are coming through. Neem Skill Development Foundation is based here at Davender Kumar’s place. It is a local setup. We focus on teaching skills to people around Ghaziabad. The office is not anything special to look at. Just a couple of rooms where we get things done. Being near the railway road means it is easy for people to find us. We get a lot of noise from the street but you get used to it after a week. We are not a big fancy foundation with lots of funding. We just do what we can with what we have. Most of us grew up around here or nearby in UP. We see a lot of young people looking for work and that is why we started this. It is practical work. No big speeches or anything. Sometimes the power goes out but we keep going with candles or torches. Muradnagar is a good place for this kind of thing. There is a lot of potential in the people here. We just provide the space and the help. It is a simple operation on a dusty road. We like it that way. It feels real. We spend our days talking to locals and trying to figure out how to help them learn new things. We are just here doing our bit every day.
