National Institute Of Education

You can find the National Institute Of Education at Flat No. F-2, Plot No-70 in Vidhayak Colony. This is in Nyay Khand-1, Indirapuram. Since it's a flat, it doesn't really look like an office from the outside. We’ve converted the rooms into spaces where we can sit and work with the students. There are several tables pushed together to make enough room for everyone. The lighting is just regular home lights, so it feels quite cozy. We have a lot of printed materials and books piled up in the closets. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it’s just a neighbor or a delivery, which can be a bit distracting. The colony is usually quiet, but you hear the occasional vegetable seller calling out on the street. We have a small balcony where we keep some cleaning supplies and a few dusty chairs. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We wear regular clothes and just sit around the table to discuss the lessons. There’s a small kitchen where we make coffee or heat up our lunch. The bathroom door squeaks a bit when you open it, and we keep meaning to oil it but always forget. It’s a very straightforward, no-frills kind of place. Most of our students live nearby and just walk over for their sessions. We like the relaxed vibe of being in a residential area like Indirapuram. It just feels more comfortable for everyone who comes here.
