Our place is over in Sector Beta in Greater Noida. If you walk past the main gates, you’ll see the sign for Rig Institute. It’s a pretty straightforward setup where we teach people how the hotel business actually works. It isn't just about reading books. We spend a lot of time in the practical rooms. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit chaotic when everyone is trying to cook at once. You can smell the spices all the way down the hall. We have been in this building for some time now. The students come from all over, and they’re usually nervous on their first day. We try to make them feel okay about making mistakes because that’s how you learn to fix things. The staff room is always full of half-drunk cups of tea and piles of exam papers. We aren't a giant university with a million buildings, just this one spot where we focus on hospitality. The stairs are a bit steep, and the air conditioning sometimes makes a funny rattling noise, but it stays cool enough. We spend our afternoons talking to people about their future jobs. It’s nice when someone finally gets how to set a table right or manage a front desk without panicking. It's a lot of work to keep the place running, but we like the noise and the energy of the students.
