Narayana E-Techno School

It’s been quite a while since we set up Narayana E-Techno School here in Sikrod, right by the NH-8 in Ghaziabad. If you’ve ever driven past that stretch, you probably know the spot. It’s usually busy with traffic, but once you get inside the gate, things quiet down a bit. We’ve got a lot of classrooms and the usual setup you’d expect for a school. People often ask what it’s like working here day to day. Honestly, it’s mostly just a lot of movement. Kids running around during their breaks, teachers carrying books, and the sound of bells every hour. We don’t try to be fancy or anything. The building is solid and gets the job done. We spend a lot of time making sure the fans work in the summer and the lights are on. Ghaziabad can get really dusty because of all the construction nearby, so keeping the place tidy is a constant battle for the cleaning crew. They’re out there every morning before the first bus arrives. We see the same parents every day at the gate, some looking rushed, others stopping for a quick chat. It’s just a normal place where learning happens. We have a playground area that gets used a lot, even if the grass gets a bit patchy when it hasn't rained in a while. It’s just us doing what we do every day. We aren't some big corporation, just a school.
