Mr.Manbir Oberoi

Mr.Manbir Oberoi works out of Sector 17D in Vasundhra, Ghaziabad. The place is at Flat No. 223, so it is a bit of a home-office situation. Vasundhra is a pretty big area with lots of sectors, but 17D has a nice feel to it. We have been here for a couple of years now. It’s not a big commercial warehouse or anything like that, just a regular flat where we’ve set up our workspace. It can get a bit tight when we have a lot of stuff going on, but we make it work. Most of the people we deal with are locals or people from nearby parts of Ghaziabad. We don't spend money on big signs or advertising. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door. It’s a lot of work managing everything from a flat, but it keeps our costs down and lets us stay close to the action. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, or the parking gets a bit crazy, but that’s just life in a Ghaziabad apartment complex. We mostly focus on getting the daily tasks done without making a big fuss about it. There isn't a team of experts here, just us trying to be helpful and stay busy. We like the independence of running things this way. It’s honest work and it keeps us grounded in the neighborhood.
