Out in Akadoli, things tend to move at their own natural pace. I am Amit Kumar Chima, and I have been working from this Hapur location for a good while now. It is not like being in the middle of a big metro area, and that suits my personality just fine. You get to know the land and the people around here in a way you simply cannot in a bigger city. My work day starts quite early, usually before the sun is fully up, because that is when it is the most peaceful outside. I do not have a big staff or a fancy title to show off; I just go by my name and focus on the tasks at hand. The building here in Akadoli is sturdy and simple. I have spent many hours inside these walls, figuring things out and making sure every detail is in order. It is a practical setup, nothing more and nothing less. I do not believe in making things sound more complicated than they really are. People come to me because they know I am here and I am consistent with my work. There is a certain rhythm to life in this part of Hapur that I have grown to appreciate over the years. Whether it is the dust in the summer or the thick fog in the winter, it is all just part of the job. I do not use a lot of technology; I prefer talking to people.
