Deepchand Rajput

Deepchand Rajput is based out of Preet Vihar, specifically at G36. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re familiar with the neighborhood. We’ve been working from this location for several years now. It’s not a huge operation, just a handful of us trying to keep things moving. We started this because there was a need for it, and it just kind of grew from there. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever is closest to the door. Preet Vihar is a good area to be in, though parking can be a real headache sometimes on G block. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street. Our office at G36 is filled with stuff we’ve collected over the years—old calendars, stacks of notebooks, and a few lucky plants that we forget to water sometimes. We don't really follow a strict corporate schedule; if the work needs doing, we stay late. If it’s slow, we might close up a bit early to go home to our families. It’s a very human way of doing things, I think. We aren't looking to expand into some giant company. We like being local and knowing the people around us. It’s just how Deepchand Rajput has always functioned, and we don't see any reason to change it now. We just take it one day at a time here.
