Shri Sai Export

Shri Sai Export is based over in Mohan Nagar. It’s a local neighborhood with a lot of small businesses like ours. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a long time. The building is simple, nothing to look at from the outside, but it’s where we do everything. Most of the day is spent handling boxes and talking to drivers on the phone. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just a handful of us who know the routine by heart. We handle all the export details, from the initial packing to the final shipping papers. Mohan Nagar is usually quite busy, so there’s always noise from the street coming in through the door. Our workspace is filled with the smell of cardboard and packing tape. I usually spend my time at the back checking the quality of what’s going out before the truck shows up. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just work. We show up, we do the orders, and we go home to our families. Sometimes we have to deal with delays at the port, which is frustrating, but we manage to sort it out. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a flashy office. We just want to make sure the crates get to where they’re going. It’s steady work.
