Mittal Provision Store

Mittal Provision Store is right here at 306 Balmiki Kunj in Sector 15. I open up early every morning because people need their milk and bread before they head off to work or take the kids to school. The shelves are packed with bags of rice, pulses, soaps, and all those little things people forget to buy until they run out. It is a bit cramped inside because I try to keep everything in stock so nobody has to go elsewhere. I know most of the people around here by name since they have been coming to this shop for years. We talk about the weather or how the prices of oil and sugar keep changing every week. Sometimes the delivery trucks come at the same time and the street gets blocked for a minute, which makes the neighbors a bit annoyed. I spend a lot of time counting stock and making sure nothing has gone past its date. It is a lot of standing around and lifting heavy sacks of flour. My hands are usually a bit dusty from the grain bags. Sector 15 is a decent place to be, and this shop is just a small part of the daily routine for most folks living in Balmiki Kunj. It is just a regular grocery store doing regular things every single day without any extra drama.
