Aastic Arogya Health Centre

Aastic Arogya Health Centre is located inside Alaknanda Apartments at C-1 in Rampuri. It is a bit different being in an apartment complex rather than a big storefront on the main street. It makes the whole place feel a lot more like a home than a clinic. People in Rampuri usually know us by word of mouth because we aren't out there putting up massive billboards. When you walk into Alaknanda Apartments, it is usually pretty quiet, which is nice for a health centre. We wanted a spot where people didn't feel like they were just another number in a waiting room. We deal with all sorts of health stuff, mostly helping folks find a bit of balance in their lives. The rooms are simple, with just the basic things we need to work. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway outside, and you can hear them laughing, which adds a bit of life to the place. We have been in this spot for a while and have gotten to know the rhythms of the building. We start early most days before the sun gets too high and stay until the last person is taken care of. It is not a flashy setup, but it works for us and the people who live around Rampuri. We just like being tucked away where it is peaceful and we can actually talk to people.
