Masterji Departmental Store

We’ve been here at Sh-25 in the G Block market of Shastri Nagar for quite some time now. It’s a busy spot in Ghaziabad, and anyone who lives around here probably knows the shop. We mostly just keep ourselves busy with the daily routine of opening up, checking what stock came in, and making sure the shelves aren't empty. It gets pretty crowded in the evenings when everyone is coming back from work and realizes they forgot to buy something for dinner. Masterji Departmental Store isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we keep the essentials people need. Sometimes the weather in Ghaziabad gets really dusty or hot, but the shop stays open regardless. We see the same faces every day, neighbors mostly. It's funny how you get to know what someone is going to buy before they even ask. My back usually aches by the time we close up at night, especially after hauling boxes of soap or flour. The market here has changed a lot over the years, new shops coming and going, but we just stay put. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the storage area gets a bit messy when a big delivery arrives. It’s just how it goes running a store. There’s always something to do, whether it’s dusting the glass jars or counting the change. We don't really have a big team, just a couple of us making sure everything runs okay for the locals in Shastri Nagar.
