About Manorath Welfare Association – Charity & Non Profit Organisations in Ghaziabad
Up on the 12th floor of Block A-3 in Krishna Apra Garden, things feel a bit different. This is Indirapuram, so there are tall buildings everywhere you look. Manorath Welfare Association is right in the middle of all that activity in Vaibhav Khand. From our windows, we can see the Ghaziabad traffic stretching out, especially during the rush hour. Living and working in a big apartment complex means you see your neighbors constantly. Our office is basically a converted room where we keep our files and meet up to discuss what’s happening in the society. The elevators are always busy, so we’ve gotten used to waiting. We spend a lot of time talking to the residents and the staff who keep the gardens and buildings running. It’s not a flashy setup. We have a few computers and a lot of notebooks filled with ideas and schedules. We try to keep things organized, but when three people walk in at once, it gets a bit chaotic. That’s just life in a place like this. We handle the small stuff that makes life easier for everyone here. Whether it's sorting out a water issue or planning a small gathering for the kids, we just do what’s in front of us. It’s a busy life, but being part of this community in Ghaziabad makes the 12-floor climb or the long waits worth it.
