We are located out in Village Mohuddinpur Hisali, which is a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the main part of Muradnagar. The post office is right nearby, so that’s how most people find us when they’re looking for the office. It’s a quiet area compared to the city. You can hear the birds and the tractors more than cars most mornings. Our building is simple, nothing too modern, just a place to get the work done. We spend a lot of time checking the stock and talking to the distributors who come out this way. The road can get a bit muddy when it rains, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the floors. It’s a small team here. We all know each other’s families and what’s going on in the village. It isn’t the kind of place with a big shiny lobby or anything. We mostly have old wooden desks and metal filing cabinets that have been here for years. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. It’s a different pace of life than the big offices in the city. We focus on getting the medicines out to the local clinics. There is always a lot of tea drinking while we wait for the delivery trucks to arrive. It’s just how we operate. Nothing too complicated, just daily work in the village.
