Majestic Park Plaza, Ludhianan (A Sarovar Group Hotel)

Even though the name says Ludhiana, we are actually operating out of 357-A in the Regal building over at Shipra Sun City in Indirapuram. Being part of the Sarovar Group means we have some rules to follow, but the day-to-day work here at Majestic Park Plaza is very much a local effort. Ghaziabad is a fast place, and Indirapuram always seems to be on the move, so our lobby is usually full of people coming and going. We have a team that handles everything from the front desk to the laundry rooms in the basement. It is a big building to look after, and something always needs fixing or cleaning. We spend a lot of time walking the hallways to make sure the carpets are vacuumed and the lights are bright. The kitchen is probably the heart of the place, always busy with orders and the sound of clinking plates. We don't spend much time on fancy talk; we just focus on getting the rooms ready on time and making sure the water in the showers is hot. It gets pretty humid around here, so keeping the air inside cool is a constant job for our maintenance guys. We see a lot of business travelers who are just looking for a quiet spot to sleep after a long day in meetings. We just try to keep things running steady without too much fuss.
