Our office for Mahindra Holidays is located at 862 Shakti Khand IV in Indirapuram. We are on the first floor. It’s a pretty standard setup for this part of Ghaziabad. We share the building with a few other shops and businesses. It gets pretty busy around here in the evenings when everyone is out doing their shopping. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and people talking on the phone about holiday packages and memberships. We’ve got a small waiting area with a few chairs that have seen better days. It isn't a luxury lounge, but it does the job. We spend a lot of time explaining how the points system works or helping people book their stays. The files are organized, but sometimes the printer jams right when you need it most. That’s just how it goes. We’ve been at this location for a while now, so the locals are used to seeing us. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, so we tell people to take their time. We try to keep the place cool with the AC during the summer, but it struggles when the heat really hits. It’s a decent place to work. We aren't trying to be fancy; we just want to make sure the members get their questions answered and their trips planned out without any major headaches. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation for us at this address.
