Madaan Store

Madaan Store is tucked away in Sector 39 of Noida. If you are looking for us, we are at C-102 A, specifically Shop No-13. It is funny how people sometimes skip over the number thirteen because they think it is unlucky, but that is where we sit every day. The building is older, and the walls could probably use some fresh paint, but it feels like home to us. It gets quiet in the middle of the day when everyone is at work. Then the school kids start walking by and things pick up. We spend a lot of time just organizing the boxes that come in. There is not much space to move around if we get a big shipment. The floor is a bit uneven near the back door. We do not really do anything fancy here. It is just a shop in a residential block. Most of the people who come in live right across the street or in the next lane. We know who wants what before they even ask. Sometimes the lights flicker when the weather gets bad, but they always stay on long enough to finish the day. Living and working in the same area makes everything feel connected. You notice the small things, like the stray cat that sits by the entrance or the way the light hits the sign in the evening. It is just how things go.
