Mactrol Motion Control Pvt.Ltd. is located at B-16/2 in the Meerut Road Industrial Area. Being in an industrial area means there is always a lot of noise from trucks and other factories nearby. It isn't the prettiest place to work, but it’s where the real work gets done. Our building is a simple concrete structure. Inside, it’s mostly open space with some machines and a small corner for the office work. We don't have air conditioning in the whole place, so it can get pretty hot in the summer months. We just open the doors and keep moving. The floor is usually a bit dusty from the work, but that’s just how it is in this line of business. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room with magazines. If someone comes by, they usually just walk in and find whoever isn't busy. We spend our days dealing with motion control parts and making sure everything is aligned right. It’s practical, hands-on work. Most of us have grease under our fingernails by the end of the shift. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just care about getting the orders out and making sure the machines are running like they should. Meerut Road is a busy stretch, and we are glad to be right in the middle of all that activity. It’s a tough environment but it suits the kind of work we do every day.
