Our place, Landmark Fasteners Pvt. Ltd., is located at Plot No.-24 in the Anand Industrial Estate. This is over in Mohan Nagar, a spot known for its workshops and small factories. We deal with fasteners, which basically means we have thousands of tiny parts stored in bins all over the place. If you walk into our warehouse at Plot No.-24, you’ll see rows and rows of metal nuts, bolts, and screws. It’s a lot to keep track of, and sometimes we lose a box or two in the back of the shelf. The floor is concrete and stays cool even when the sun is beating down on the tin roof. We have a small office area blocked off from the main warehouse where the paperwork gets handled. It’s usually a bit noisy because of the neighbors running their machinery, but we’ve grown used to the constant hum. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that’s when everyone takes a break to chat for a bit. Mohan Nagar has a lot of traffic, especially with the delivery vans trying to navigate the narrow lanes of the industrial estate. We spend a lot of time counting stock and double-checking orders to make sure the right sizes go out. It’s a repetitive job, but it’s important. We aren't a huge corporation with fancy uniforms; we’re just a bunch of people working in an industrial shed to get orders filled. We just keep our heads down and do our work.
