We operate out of Vashundhara Valley Apartment in Ghaziabad. Our office is in B-203, which is part of the Gh-3 plot in Sector-6. It is more of a residential setting than a business park. We manage several hotel-related tasks from this flat. It’s not the kind of place with a big glowing sign outside. We just have our desks set up in the rooms and we spend the whole day on the phone or responding to emails. Managing hotels means there is always something going wrong somewhere, so we are constantly busy. The apartment complex is usually quiet during the day, which helps us focus. We have piles of files and folders everywhere. It is not the most organized looking place, but we have our own system of finding things. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour or so, and we just have to take a break until it comes back. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us working together. We order food from the local places when we have to work late. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We don't use a lot of fancy business talk. We just focus on making sure the hotels we look after are running the way they should. It is a lot of small details that most people don't even think about. We just keep plugging away at it every single day.
