Kezia Wine & Spirit Co.

Vasundhara is a bit of a mix of homes and small businesses, which makes it a nice place for Kezia Wine & Spirit Co. to be based. Our office is at 16 A/1533, and it’s not some grand warehouse. It’s a practical space where we manage the distribution and the legal side of the alcohol trade. There are always stacks of crates in one corner and a mountain of invoices on the desks. We spend a lot of time talking to retailers and making sure the inventory matches what we have on paper. It’s a lot of logistical work that people don't really see. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel, with some old calendars on the wall and a few chairs that have been moved around a hundred times. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s a small team here, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s answering the phone or helping load a small van in the alley. The neighborhood is fairly quiet during the day, except for the occasional street vendor passing by. We like it that way. It’s an honest way to make a living, dealing with the spirits industry without any of the pretentiousness you sometimes find. We just make sure our partners get what they ordered and that the business keeps ticking over from our little spot in Vasundhara.
