Kdb Public School

It’s been quite a few years since Kdb Public School first opened its doors here in C-Block. If you walk through Old Kavi Nagar, you’ll find us easily enough. The building has seen a lot of students pass through over time. Every morning starts the same way with the yellow buses pulling up and parents dropping off their kids at the main gate. It gets a bit noisy around eight, but that’s just how schools are. We have classrooms filled with desks that have seen better days, but they do the job. The teachers here mostly live nearby so they know the families well. Sometimes the power goes out and we just open the windows to let the breeze in. It isn't a fancy place with marble floors or anything, just a regular school where kids learn their math and history. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with paperwork and lost sweaters. During lunch, you can hear the kids playing out in the yard from a block away. It's a busy place, and there is always something needing a bit of paint or a quick fix. People in the neighborhood know us by name, and we like it that way. Most of our staff have been here for a long time, so we’ve seen siblings and even some cousins come through the same grades. It's just a part of the local life here in Old Kavi Nagar and we plan to stay that way for a while.
