Junior Champs Educare Private Limited

Our office is on the first floor of Ma Vaishno Apartment-1. It is over in Krishna Enclave, which is part of Govindpuram in Ghaziabad. Being in an apartment building makes it feel a bit more like a home than a stiff office building. We have Plot No. 157, and it’s easy enough to find once you get into the enclave. The neighborhood is mostly families and other small businesses. We spend a lot of time here getting things ready for the kids and their lessons. Since we are on the first floor, we don’t have to deal with too many stairs, which is nice when we are carrying supplies in. Junior Champs is run by a small group of us who live nearby. We usually start the day by cleaning up the main room and checking our schedule. The rooms are bright enough because of the windows facing the street. Sometimes the street noise from Ghaziabad comes through, but we are used to it by now. We have some shelves with books and some basic furniture for the staff to use. It isn’t some big corporate headquarters. It’s just a practical space where we can focus on the work. We try to keep things orderly, though with all the paperwork it can get a bit messy by Friday. We just tidy up and start again on Monday morning to keep the place running for the families here.
