Janta Super Store

Janta Super Store is located at number 416 in the Ram Nagar area of Ghaziabad, right in the Kirana Mandi. Being in the mandi means it is always loud and crowded, especially in the early morning when the supply trucks are trying to squeeze through the narrow lanes. We have been here for a long time, and the building shows its age a bit, but it serves us well. We don't have the big aisles or bright lights of the modern supermarkets you see in the malls. Instead, we have stacks of bags and boxes filled with all the daily essentials. The floor is old stone, and the walls are covered with shelves that go all the way to the ceiling. It can be a bit hard to find things if you aren't used to it, but we know exactly where every bag of grain or box of soap is tucked away. Ram Nagar is a tight-knit community, and most of our customers are neighbors who have been coming to us for years. We spend a lot of our time weighing things out and chatting with the people who stop by. It’s a lot of physical work, moving heavy sacks around and making sure we have enough stock for the week. When the sun goes down, the mandi starts to quiet down a bit, and that’s when we finally get a chance to organize the shelves for the next day. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living.
