Ipec Tbi Foundation

Ipec Tbi Foundation is located at 63, Site IV, Sahibabad. This area is mostly known for its industrial sites, so there are a lot of workshops and factories around us. It makes for a very busy atmosphere every morning when everyone is heading to work. Our office is in the middle of all that activity. We focus on a lot of technical and foundational support work, though we keep things very low-key. The building we are in is practical and built for getting things done rather than looking pretty. We have some basic office furniture and a lot of power strips for all our equipment. It can get a bit dusty with all the construction and movement in Sahibabad, so we are always cleaning off our desks. The people working here are mostly locals who understand the grind of working in an industrial zone. We don’t have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls. Instead, we have calendars with deadlines and notes scribbled everywhere. We often grab lunch from the local stalls nearby, which is a nice break from the screen time. It’s a no-nonsense environment where we just focus on the tasks at hand. We handle everything from basic admin to more complex coordination without much fuss. It’s just how we operate. We like being in Site IV because it feels like we are in the heart of the action where things are actually being made and done every single day.
