Instalend Micro Foundation

Instalend Micro Foundation is located at 122 NH-24. Being right on the highway means it’s never really quiet. You can hear the trucks and cars zooming by at all hours. Our building is easy to find because of that, which helps when folks are trying to visit us for the first time. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few rooms where we sit and go through applications and documents. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, to be honest. We started this foundation because there was a gap in how things were being handled locally. We aren't trying to be the biggest group around, just one that actually answers the phone. On rainy days, the sound on the roof is so loud we have to shout a bit to be heard. We keep a stash of biscuits and a kettle in the corner for when the afternoons get long. Most of the people working here live just a short bus ride away. We know the shortcuts to avoid the NH-24 traffic when it gets backed up. Our work is mostly about small-scale support and keeping the books balanced. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and one of us will look up from a computer and help you out. It’s a very straightforward way of running things without needing any complicated systems. We just handle the day-to-day tasks as they come.
