Being in Knowledge Park 3 means we are surrounded by a lot of similar setups. The building itself is quite plain on the outside. We have a lot of rooms inside for different things. The staff usually gets here by nine and the place stays busy until late in the evening. There is a lot of walking involved because the plot is quite big. We have some open spaces where people sit during breaks. The weather in Greater Noida can be a bit extreme, either very hot or quite cold in the winter, so we spend a lot of time adjusting the temperature inside. It’s a busy atmosphere most days. We don’t have much in the way of decorations, just the stuff we need for the academy to run. Plot No 44 is easy to find if you are driving through the park. We see a lot of the same delivery drivers and visitors every day. It’s a very practical environment. Not much happens outside of the regular routine. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. The neighborhood is mostly other academies and offices, so it’s a quiet place once the workday is over.
