Ice World

We have been here at Shop No 15 and 16 in the Kavi Nagar C Block Market for a while now. People know us as Ice World. It gets really hot in the summer, so having a place like this in the market helps everyone cool down. We just keep the freezers running and make sure there is enough stock for the crowds that come by in the evenings. It’s a busy little spot, especially on weekends when families are out walking around the market. Sometimes the electricity acts up but we manage to keep things frozen. Most of the regulars live nearby in the C Block area. They come in for a quick treat or to take something home. We aren't a big fancy place, just these two shops side by side. We spend most of our day checking the temperatures and talking to the delivery drivers who bring the supplies. It can be a bit noisy with the market sounds outside, but we like the energy here. There is always someone dropping in to see what's new in the freezer. We try to keep things organized but when it gets crowded, it’s a bit of a rush. That's just how it goes at Ice World. We've seen kids grow up coming here. It’s nice being part of the local scene in Kavi Nagar. We just open up in the morning and stay late until the market quiets down for the night. It's just simple retail work.
