Hotel R K Residency

Our hotel is in Vasundhra Sector 16, directly opposite the Awas Vikas Complex. We are in the 201012 zip code area, which is a fairly busy part of the neighborhood. Hotel R K Residency is a place we’ve put a lot of work into over the years. It’s not a luxury resort, just a honest building with rooms for people who need them. We get a lot of visitors who are in town to see people at the complex across the road. The street outside can get a bit cluttered with parked cars and people walking by, but inside we try to keep things orderly. We don't have a big management team; it’s just us making sure the doors are locked at night and the breakfast is ready in the morning if someone asks for it. The rooms have the basics—a bed, a fan or AC, and a bathroom. We spend a lot of time on maintenance because things always seem to need fixing in an older building. We don't use any slick brochures or professional photos. What you see when you walk in is exactly what we are. It's a place to stay that's run by people who actually care about whether the floor is swept and the guests are comfortable. We’ve been here a while and plan to stay for a lot longer, just doing what we do every day for the community.
