Walia Exporters is tucked away at No. 404 Gali No. 1 on 100 Feet Road in Hindon Vihar. If you know the area, you know how hectic it can get around here. We’ve been operating from this spot for a good bit now. It’s not a huge operation, just a handful of us making sure things move. Dealing with exports means there's always something to worry about, like shipping dates or paperwork errors. We try to stay on top of it. The street outside is usually full of trucks and people moving things. Hindon Vihar is a place where everyone is working on something. We fit right in. Our office at No. 404 is pretty simple. We have the computers, some storage space, and a small area to sit. It’s not meant for showing off. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking lists. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait it out, which is frustrating but that’s life here. We’ve learned to be patient with the process. Walia Exporters is just a local business trying to do things right. We know our regulars and they know us. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things twice. We stay busy and that’s how we like it. The fan keeps us cool in the summer.
