Kavi Nagar is a well-known neighborhood, so it’s easy to find us. We operate out of a modest building. It’s not anything special to look at, but it serves us well. We’re just a small group of people who wanted to do something local. Most of our days are spent right here in the office, handling whatever comes up. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just talk to people who come by. It’s a very personal way of doing things. We know the shopkeepers nearby and the people who live on our street. Ghaziabad is a busy city, but Kavi Nagar has its own pace. We try to keep things simple and avoid any unnecessary complications. If you walked inside, you’d just see some desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. We aren't trying to change the world overnight. We’re just taking it one day at a time. It’s just a normal job for us. We show up, do what we can, and go home. That’s the reality of it. We’re just part of the local fabric here in this part of the city. It’s a steady routine and we are fine with it.
