Gyandeep Primary School

Gyandeep Primary School is located in B Block of Brij Vihar. We are right near the Rangooli Banquet in the Bazaria area of Ghaziabad, so things can get pretty loud when there’s a wedding or a big party going on next door. The school is for the little ones, so the rooms are filled with small chairs and tables that always seem to be slightly out of place. We have posters on the walls, mostly hand-drawn ones that the kids made or the teachers put up to show the alphabet. Since we are in 201001, we get a lot of local families bringing their kids here. The walk from the main street into Bazaria can be a bit cramped because of the shops, but once you get inside the school gates, it’s our own little space. We don’t have a massive playground, but there’s enough room for the children to play during their breaks. The morning starts with everyone lining up, and there’s always someone who forgot their water bottle or lost a pencil. It’s just how it goes with primary kids. The teachers are usually busy trying to keep everyone focused on their books while making sure no one is drawing on the desks. It’s a plain building, nothing fancy, just a place for learning the basics. We see the same faces every day and know most of the parents by name because they live just around the corner.
