Gupta Motors Bike Car Driving School

Our place is at Shop No-203 in Crossing Republik, right in the Shanti Nagar area. We handle lessons for both bikes and cars, which keeps the schedule pretty full most weeks. Learning to ride a bike in Ghaziabad is one thing, but trying to drive a car in this traffic is another story entirely. We have a couple of cars and a bike that we use for the teaching. They have been used quite a bit, so they have some scratches and dents on the bumpers here and there. We start everyone off with the basics of how to use the clutch and the brake. It is funny how almost everyone struggles with the clutch at first. You can hear the engines stalling from a block away when the new students are practicing. We just stay calm and tell them to try it again until they get the feel for it. The office is a very simple room where we fill out the forms and check the daily schedules on the wall. Shanti Nagar is a busy neighborhood, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside the door. We spend most of our time out on the road, sitting next to people who are sweating because they are afraid of the big trucks. By the end of the month, most of them are doing much better. We don't use any fancy equipment, just real cars on the real roads.
