Go Getting Career

We set up shop in Nitikhand 1, over in Indirapuram. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s got a different vibe than the big commercial hubs. Go Getting Career started here because it’s easy to get to and feels more personal. The office is basically just a few rooms where we sit down with people and talk about their futures. It’s not a high-pressure environment at all. We spend a lot of time on the computer or on the phone, trying to figure things out for the people who come to see us. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the hallway if a few people show up at once, but we manage. We aren't a giant agency with hundreds of staff. It’s just us. We know the area well and like being part of the Indirapuram community. The local shops are close by, so we usually grab lunch around the corner. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we know everything. We just listen to what someone is looking for and try to help them find a path that makes sense. It’s simple, honest work. There are no fancy brochures or expensive signs outside. Just a small sign and a door that’s usually open during the day. We like keeping things low-key and focusing on the people who actually live around here.
