English Deli Food Ventures Llp

You can find us at 104, New Gandhi Nagar. We run a deli food venture, which mostly means we spend our time in the kitchen prepping ingredients and putting meals together. It’s a small operation, and we don't have any of those fancy corporate titles. Some days it’s just one or two of us handling everything from the cooking to the cleaning. New Gandhi Nagar is a nice spot, and we get a lot of people who live nearby coming in to see what we’ve got. We don’t have a big menu with a hundred items. We just make a few things and try to do them well enough that people come back. The kitchen can get pretty crowded when we have a lot of orders, but we’ve got a good rhythm down now. We don’t have a marketing team or a big budget for ads. We just put a sign out front and hope the food we make is good enough to keep us going. Sometimes the oven takes a while to heat up or we run out of napkins, but we just roll with it. It’s not a fancy restaurant with waiters in vests. It’s just a simple food shop where we work hard and keep things practical. We like the work because it keeps us busy and we get to talk to the neighbors every day.
