Dps Play School

Dps Play School is located on Railway Road in Hapur, right where you can hear the trains passing by every now and then. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of honking and noise outside our front door at 245101. The building is not huge, but we make use of every corner we have for the little ones. Since it’s a play school, things get messy pretty fast with toys and crayons scattered all over the floor by noon. We spend a lot of time wiping sticky fingers and making sure nobody trips over the rugs. The paint on the gate is starting to chip a little bit, and we keep saying we will fix it next weekend, but something else always comes up. Our days start early when the parents drop off their kids on their way to work or the market. It’s a bit of a squeeze when everyone arrives at once. The hallways are decorated with some drawings that the kids made, though some are starting to curl at the edges. It’s a lively place, maybe a bit too loud for some people, but it feels right for Hapur. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that; it’s just us teachers and the helpers making sure the kids are okay until their parents come back in the afternoon. It gets a bit chaotic during pick-up time, but we manage to get everyone home safely.
