Dipsha Step Aheaddipsha Step Ahead Teacher Training Llp

We are located on the ground floor of building 634 in Nitikhand 1, Indirapuram. This part of Ghaziabad is always busy, and we are right in the thick of it. Our place is a teacher training center, but it doesn't look like a formal college. It’s a ground-floor space where we have set up some tables and chairs for workshops. We spend our days working with people who want to become teachers or get better at it. The office is a bit cramped when we have a full group, but we make do. We are right in the residential block, so we see the same people walking their dogs or going to the market every day. It feels very connected to the neighborhood. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to polish our image. We just do the training and handle the registrations ourselves. There is usually a bit of a mess with papers and tea cups everywhere, especially in the afternoons. We started this because there was a need for it here in Indirapuram. We don't try to sound like a big institution. We are just a local LLp trying to do a good job. We deal with the usual problems like the traffic on the main road or the air conditioning being a bit moody. It’s just real life here, and we keep things moving one step at a time, every single day.
