Dav Energy Solutions is based out in Sikri Khurd, which is part of Modinagar. It’s a bit away from the main city rush, which we actually prefer. The air is a little clearer and there’s more space to breathe. We’ve got our setup here and it’s where we handle all our energy-related work. It’s a plain building, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, we just have what we need to get through the day. Modinagar is a place where people still know their neighbors, and it’s the same for us. We see the same faces every morning. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone writing fancy slogans. We just talk to people like normal. Our work keeps us out in the field quite a bit, so the office isn't always full. When we are here, we’re usually catching up on paperwork or fixing some equipment. It’s a practical life. We don’t bother with corporate talk. If something needs doing, we just do it. The road out to Sikri Khurd can be a bit bumpy sometimes, but you get used to it. We’ve been part of this community for a while now and we like the quiet rhythm of things here. It's honest work and we try to keep it that way without making a big fuss. People know where we are if they need us, and that is enough for us.
