Crucialcause Care Foundation

We're based over at A-1 in Shanti Vihar, which is in the Chipiyana Khurd Tigri area. It’s on the edge of Noida, near the Gautam Buddha Nagar border. The area is still growing, so there’s a lot of construction and dust around, but we’ve settled in nicely. Crucialcause Care Foundation is run from this small office. It’s a modest place, just a few rooms where we keep our files and equipment. We don’t have a big staff, just a handful of us who show up every morning. The commute can be a bit tricky because the roads aren't always great, but we manage. We like being in Shanti Vihar because it’s a bit quieter than the middle of the city. We don't have any polished presentations or glossy brochures to show people. Usually, we just sit down and talk over a cup of chai. The office gets a little cold in the winter, so we have to use a small heater to keep warm. Most of the folks who work here have been friends for years. We don't bother with fancy titles or complicated hierarchies. Everyone just pitches in where they can. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve been in the 201009 zip code for a bit now, and we’re slowly getting to know all the local shopkeepers and neighbors.
