Computer System Solution Associate

We are Computer System Solution Associate, based over at 157C Kamna Vaishali in Vaishali Sector 5. Our place is quite close to Shoprix Mall, which makes it easier for people to find us when they are out running errands. We’ve been set up here for a while, dealing with all the various computer problems that people run into. It’s a decent-sized space, though we have a lot of equipment taking up room. We handle repairs, software issues, and general maintenance for computers. The neighborhood is fairly active, and being near the mall means there’s usually some parking or a landmark to tell people. We don't have a big front desk or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is free just steps up to help. It’s a bit informal, but we think that works better for everyone. We see a lot of students and families from the Vaishali area. Everyone has a laptop or a desktop that eventually breaks down or slows to a crawl. We just take it in, open it up, and see what is going on inside. It is steady work. We don't bother with much advertising because word of mouth in Sector 5 is usually enough to keep us busy. It’s just about getting the computers back in working order so people can get on with their day. We keep it simple and focus on the hardware sitting on our benches. There is always a motherboard or two being looked at and some dusty fans needing a clean.
