Mobile Care

Mobile Care is located right at the Bherampur Gate in Vijay Nagar. If you know the area, you know how busy the Mangal Bazar gets. We are right in the middle of all that action. Our shop is where we spend most of our time fixing phones that have seen better days. It is often a mess of screwdrivers, soldering irons, and tiny screws that are easy to lose. We have a lot of regular customers from the market who trust us with their devices. It’s a noisy environment with all the street sounds and people shouting in the bazaar, but we have gotten used to it. We handle all kinds of repairs, from simple screen replacements to more complicated board issues. The shop is small and the shelves are stuffed with spare parts and old phone boxes. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. People just know us because we have been here at Bherampur Gate for a while. Sometimes the work piles up and we have phones sitting on the back shelf for a few days. We just do our best to get through the repairs one by one. It’s a very grounded, local business. We don't try to be anything we are not. If you are walking through the Mangal Bazar, you will probably see us hunched over a workbench under a bright light.
