Since we are a senior secondary school, we have older students, and that brings a different kind of vibe to the place. It’s not just little kids running around, but teenagers who are busy with their own things. The building is right in the middle of a busy neighborhood. You can hear the sounds of Kailash Nagar all day long. We’ve got a lot of rooms to maintain and it feels like there’s always something that needs fixing. Whether it’s a desk or a light, there’s never a dull moment. Ghaziabad can be quite a tough place when the weather gets extreme, but we just keep going. The school isn't a flashy place. It’s functional and serves its purpose. We have a lot of staff who have been here for years. We all know the routine by now. We show up early, get the classrooms ready, and then the students start pouring in. It gets very busy at the main gate around eight in the morning. Then in the afternoon, it happens all over again when everyone leaves. We just focus on getting through the tasks we have for the day. It’s a lot of responsibility, but it’s just our daily job here in Kailash Nagar.
