Chai Room Private Limited is located at 1/831, SF-8 in Sector 1 of Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. We are basically a small operation focused on everything to do with tea. We chose this spot in Sector 1 because it’s a good area to be in, even if finding a parking spot around here can be a total nightmare during the day. We aren't some huge brand you see on TV or in magazines. We’re just a group of people who know a lot about tea and wanted to make a real business out of it. Our office is a bit cramped with all the tea samples and files we have stacked everywhere. We don’t really have a polished corporate look at all. It’s more like a functional workspace where things actually get done and people work hard. We spend a lot of our time tasting different blends and talking to our suppliers. Sometimes the tea is great, and sometimes it's just okay, so we have to be honest about that with ourselves. We don't use big words to describe what we do here. We just buy tea, maybe mix it a bit, and then sell it to our customers. It’s practical, everyday work. Every morning we start by clearing the backlog from the day before. It gets busy, and sometimes we make small mistakes, but we fix them and move on. That’s just how it goes for a small business in Ghaziabad. We’re just regular people trying to make a living.
