Career Xpert Counselling Foundation

Our foundation is based out of house number 308 in Guldhar-II, which is in the Sanjay Nagar area of Ghaziabad. We’ve been here in Uttar Pradesh for a bit now, working out of this residential spot. It’s basically a home office where people come to talk about their careers. We don't have a big fancy sign or a waiting room with magazines. Usually, if someone comes for counseling, they just sit with us in the front room and we talk things through. It’s very informal. We focus on helping people figure out where they want to go next with their education or jobs. Sanjay Nagar is a pretty crowded neighborhood, and there’s always something going on in the streets. We like being right in the middle of it. Our desks are covered in college brochures and old notebooks. We don't follow a corporate script. We just talk to people like normal neighbors. Sometimes we stay late if someone has a lot on their mind. It’s just a few of us doing this work. We handle the phone calls and the paperwork ourselves. There’s no big boss or complicated hierarchy. If you call us, you’re talking to the same person who will probably meet you at the door. It’s a simple, practical way to run a foundation, and it works for us and the people who live around here in Ghaziabad.
